The Sunday Backyard Music Festival

In April of 2021, we were in the car driving to surf in San Onofre. Our friends Caye and Noémie in the car pondered the question of “would they want to perform live if we gave them a stage and a crowd?” They said YES.

The plan for a little backyard musical moment escalated quickly. We booked the dj, the catering, the sponsors, the seating and the sound and on the day before the show, we finalized the acts. That Sunday, hundreds of Los Angelinos of all ages stumbled upon this Beverley Hills backyard to hear their first live music since covid.

The vibe was spot on. Happiness and friendship were abundant. The performers all nailed it.

We broke into an open jam to end the night off with a bang.
